My responsibilities are:
• Succession planning for the Holding company and reporting to the Board’s People Committee on CEO and Executive Leadership team successors collaborating with Talent Leads across the business units
• Talent Management including assessment, talent reviews, performance management, career conversations
• Talent Acquisition for the holding team across functions (Sustainability, HR, Legal, Finance, Cyber, Audit)
• Engagement – set up and manage the engagement survey, reporting results and collaborating on action plans
• Leadership Development – developing tool kits and facilitating sessions to help build our People Manager skills
• Partner with D&I Leads across the business on strategy and reporting of our ‘Commitment to Life’ targets
• Collaborating with the HR and Comms team on a range of People initiatives (onboarding, Strategy Days)

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead entire recruitment process for key roles in Global and Regional Marketing, Advertising & PR, Supply Chain, Travel Retail and Finance from Manager to Senior Director working across UK, Europe, US and Asia
- Employer Brand development including development of attraction strategy, career website development, video production, social media and brand visual identity
- Super User of our ATS and video interviewing platform
