Jewellery Production Assistant
My role at Hearts of London is varied, my main goal everyday is to liaise with our goldsmiths and diamond setters to make sure products through each stage are on time for completion. I quality control every item through every step in order to get a perfect final outcome. I do handovers to clients, resizing of rings and make sure customers have the best experience they possibly can. I also play the role of receptionist and complete general administration duties. I have a good eye for aesthetic arrangements, which is imperative when creating displays with so much competition. This position is an all round requirement, I get stuck in with anything that is thrown my way.
Assistant Manger

I began as a sales assistant but quickly became assistant manager across two stores in London, Richmond and Liverpool Street. I thoroughly enjoyed being part of a small close knit team but also have the drive and energy to quickly learn new skills and products to develop my career within the jewellery industry. On a daily basis I would manage the store with general administration duties and set up in-store promotions with eye-catching aesthetic displays.
