I had a 3 month work placement working with the global tax events team at EY based in London. I gained a lot of experience during my time there and was able to use the knowledge from my degree into their events and vice versa. My main event that I contributed to was aHead of Tax, a three day tax related event held in Zurich that was attended by 300+ clients and EY employees. I supported the team pre, onsite and post event with tasks such as researching nominations, registrations, developing documents for staff contacts and creating and updating the onsite schedule alongside the project plan. Along with this event, I contributed to Young Tax Professional of the Year with the marketing and assisting on site visits.

Studying Creative Events Management, a three year course that specifies in creative events. Studied event management skills, project management, marketing, business plans, programming venues and strategic management. Each year we created a live event to show our event management skills and to gain on hand experience along with a wide range of contacts.
