- Festivals Assistant main stage manager• Three festivals, each of three days. Worked with a full crew, gaining experience at multi-stage festivals. • I worked alongside a production team from Ground Control, as well as tech teams from DBN Audile. • Following on from previous experience, I progressed my team work, team management, time management and tech knowledge skills. • I also kept everyone happy through regular coffee and food runs; therefore, I guess I can add waitress to my list of competencies!
