Heather Pistor is Founder and CD of Jane Doe Creates - launched in May 2016 when Heather was invited to design the off-kilter uber cool Ray's Bar in Dalston for the DMD group whose other majorly successful operations include the infamous East London stalwart Dalston Superstore and the ever-expanding Voodoo Ray's NYC inspired pizza brand.
Heather created Jane Doe Creates as a platform to expand into the world of interior styling specialising in bars, restaurants and events, but also offering creative direction and brand development consultancy to clients who want to get ahead of the game. Driving footfall and building brand awareness through thought-provoking, engaging and forward thinking ideas and content.

As Creative Director I was instrumental in both the styling, programming and overall creative vision of the Mothership Group – London’s multi-site bar operator and company behind the Queen of Hoxton, The Book Club, Hoxton Square Bar & Kitchen and Patterns - for almost 11 years.
I guided projects and venues from conception through to launch and oversaw all creative elements of the business including interior design, branding, menus, marketing, events, digital marketing and PR. In short, Heather crafted the entire 360 customer experience, taking several sites from zero to hero on my decade reign at the helm.
