  • Louise Bourgeois exhibition
Louise Bourgeois exhibitionLouise Bourgeois exhibition Tate Modern Assistant to designer Micha Weidmann on the accompanying promotion of a major retrospective exhibition and book published by Tate/Rizzoli. 320 pages as a hardback and softback. My role was to create and refine page layouts for the book and creating a series of publicity posters for the exhibition.
  • Marie Curie - Fundraising My Way
Marie Curie - Fundraising My WayMarie Curie Fundraising my way Support materials for individuals who want to do their own event or activity to raise money for the charity, includes; an information book, a fundraising target, collection box, posters, postcards, and stickers. Also introducing the illustrations on the website. My role was concept through to production. My solution to the design was to inject some patterns as background and float the ‘Fundraising my way’ strapline and the logo in a yellow or blue box. I set up a photo shoot using these materials being shown by fundraisers - emphasising the DIY aspect to creating your own fundraising event.
  • Marie Curie Christie's sale
Marie Curie Christie's saleMarie Curie Christie’s Post-war & Contemporary sale, London, June 2016. 210x210mm book with an emboss and deboss cover. Information for artists and galleries about donating work to the sale to help raise money for the charity at Christie’s contemporary sale. My role was concept through to production for the in-house studio at Marie Curie. I worked with a copy writer, our starting point was taken from part of the charity’s mission statement: ‘Every day of your life matters - from the first to the last’. My interpretation of this was to represent the first and last concept as a treatment to the paper stock by embossing as - the first- and debossing as - the last.
  • Art of Mindfulness
Art of MindfulnessThe art of mindfulness course material for Run Riot Projects. Identity design for a series of courses starting in September 2014 and are planned to run for the next 2-3 years. I independently ran this project from concept through to production. The brief was to convey: joy, energy, wisdom, clarity, ease, spaciousness (space for new ideas), peace, still mind, open-ness. The chosen route was using emersive colours of a yellow-orange gradient with a white hovering circle. Print: Preview and business cards are printed using a 2 colour pms gradient and a 64 page booklet fully illustrated for attendees to complete during the course. Web: Working with a web developer to create: www.runriotprojects.org/course/art-of-mindfulness-courses-and-workhops
  • Feel at home in yourself
Feel at home in yourselfIdentity design for a Body Psychotherapist. My brief was to create a warm and playful design that didn’t conform to the usual therapy identities. I used this direct statement like an aphorism ‘Feel at home in yourself’, an obvious but often a neglected notion. I am independently running this project from concept and soon to go into production of website and printed material.
  • Measuring Elvis book
Measuring Elvis bookI independently ran this project from concept through to production. The brief To create a book documenting the past 10 years of work of the artist Nina Mae Fowler, known for her large-scale enigmatic pencil and graphite drawings and accompanying sculptural works. Her subject matter often centres around icons of cinema and popular culture, presenting a dark and contradictory side to their otherwise idealised lives. The book is to expose the intensive research methods used by the artist as well as presenting an overview of Fowler’s artistic practices, which include her trademark cutout drawings and a section on her ambitious installations. Specification 200pp hard-back artist book, cloth bound with special edition slipcase, and the accompanying publicity of the book launch and visuals for the gallery. Published by The Cob Gallery, December 2015
