I was born in Guadalajara, Mexico in 1987, which means I have a knack for colour and expressiveness . Extremely creative, passionate and versatile are words that describe me. Effectively overlooked all art, design, and digital aspects of the company, whilst leading a creative group of marketers. Originally brought in as a Senior Graphic designer, but quickly rose as Art Director, mentor, and co-manager of the marketing department. A shift in Marketing Managers left a vacancy for me to occupy and take on a more managerial role while still finding the time to come up with creative campaigns to attract talent using various platforms. As Art Director, decisively directed the creation of several multimedia successful campaigns, which boosted the number of shift bookings, helped create a system, which automated up to 95% of the recruitment process and solely produced and directed a series of short promotional videos.
Key Achievements:
• Creating a widely successful Christmas Advent Calendar
Campaign. Aimed at attracting new talent and engaging existing talent during
our busiest time of year.
- 10x increase in applications via Instagram compared to the same period in 2017 (which was the ultimate goal)
-More than 10x increase in impressions
- Grew 1500+ followers in a 30 day period, surpassing the coveted 10k mark
