Liaising with the artist liaison department, labels and artist management to source exclusive merch bundles to offer as prizes to our Sound Citizens, sourcing one of kind prizes. Online point of contact for all questions / queries presented by customers online both in the lead up to Sound City and providing real time assistance on site, providing round the clock customer service. Confident in scheduling social posts across all platforms, utilising Hootsuite and Tweetdeck to ensure social content is posted at peak times to maximise engagement.
