I am a freelance illustrator taking on commissions and illustrating my own writing. My work is characterised by a willingness to engage with grittier topics, using experimental approaches to media to express their complexities. Work I'm proud of includes a reportage project for a homelessness charity and a picture book about a boy and a monster tackling themes of ambivalence and empathy. A brilliant year spent opening up my eyes to the world of art and design.
