About me

Having graduated from the University of Leeds in 2020, with a 2:1 in English Literature, I set my sights on what I was doing for pretty much doing the whole of my degree; cooking. I enrolled at Leiths School of Food and Wine on their professional diploma course, and haven’t looked back since. I also run my food blogging Instagram account, @helz__kitchen. Nothing really beats the feeling of someone trying your recipes and loving them.
