I started my career as a Chinese ink painting teacher. I gained knowledge of traditional methods and also the ability to plan for each classes and to work in strict time frames. 5 years ago I was producing music videos from preproductions to post production.
I was able to practice project management and learnt how to lead a team. I became obsessed with editing. It's just so satisfying to see how raw materials cames alive.
I reached professional level in Adobe Premiere Pro through these projects
Latter on I started an artistic wall decoration business where I have learned how to think and execute creative ideas on larger scale.
I have 6 years experience in tattooing. As a part of my role I had to create custom artworks answering the brief of my clients. Through these years I have built my confidence in taking responsibility and was able to follow the right methods to carry out tasks in a creative and safe way.
Due to the changes in the tattoo industry, 4 years ago I must change my method of creating the designs for the clients as other artists were using tablets and computers to create them. In the end I fell in love with the digital processes. Since then I create art pieces daily and I went to DGHE college in East London where I studied Graphic design, where I have mastered InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop. My favourite module was typography as its opened my purely visual perspective therefore as a freelancer I worked as a graphic designer and Illustrator on various projects. I enjoy designing prints like poster, brochure, menu, spreadsheet.
In logo designs I find it useful that I have a traditional Chinese painting background which is minimal and symbolic, I think this is the best way to approach a logo design. I also sell my digital artworks online and stock graphics. Overall I think my strength is the communication with clients and the ability to justify my choices in the creative process.
For the past 5 years I have managed 3 successfull Facebook page and a YouTube channel, carrying out regular tasks like creating promotional videos or still image content on a daily basis.
My passion to create artworks highly inspired by the nature and its wild life. Its shining through all of my work. I have won different competitions with my landscape and wildlife photography this is a new field I'm starting to get into and I want to improve to have all my skills on the same level and be able to combine them.
