Dice Recordings is an independent record label based in North London mainly focussed on Hip-Hop and Grime, home to gold-selling artist Big Narstie. Being a small label, my role as assistant label manager was diverse, and required significant adaptability. Achievements and responsibilities included:
• Strategising marketing campaigns for new releases: choosing artwork, arranging interviews with online and print media, organising photo shoots and video shoots, poster campaigns, radio and TV plugging.
• Working with Big Narstie’s social media team to maximise his following, reach and impressions across all platforms week-to-week.
• Running the label’s official YouTube channel: commissioning show ideas, editing and uploading behind the scenes footage, monetizing the label’s catalogue with Content ID.
• Liasing with promoters to organise logistics for bookings.
