Creating new shop displays as well as new promotional visual and digital projects, assisting on the everyday shop tasks and building my clientele book. - Visual Merchandising: Organising the merchandising of the shop and window displays on a weekly basis depending on the sell-through from the previous week. Key objective: To create the perfect experience for clients. - Digital Marketing: Organiseing and creating all content for all social media platforms: Instagram contest, advent calendar, newsletter, etc Key objective: Showcasing the aesthetic of the brand whilst promoting the product in a visually pleasing way. - Sales Assistant: Assisting clients on their needs and concerns, creating long-lasting relashionship with clients and building up my client book, cashing up start / end of the day, analysis of figures, sell-through reporting to brands and head office. Key objective: Maximizing sales and ensuring the efficient running of the store.

Managing commercial properties from start to finish. - Renting: Dealing with promotional activites. (online advertising, newspapers ), creating sales argumentation supports , organising properties and visits with potential clients, keeping on top of administration duties, selecting tenants and organising tenancy agreements - Administrative management : Producing tenancy agreements, invoice handling, tracking files and other typical management tasks. - Negotiate rental fees, lease expenses, transaction fees and contract terms with landlords. - Property inspections, meeting with clients and taking an inventory of fixtures. - Organise and follow renovation works (quotes, planning etc…) - Meet and greet clients when required, sustain a great, constant and professional relationship. - Develop sales and market share : Keep track of targets, reporting, competitive intelligence and commercial tactic.
