My role at Slam City Skates involves the general managing of the Vans concession; this includes being responsible for generating sales. Another responsibility which I enjoy taking part in, is my input into the buying, where the manager and myself visit the Vans showroom seasonally, another duty includes visual merchandising (changing at least once weekly) totaling sales in order to create weekly reports for Vans and Slam City, stock check, contributing to social media posts, and managing the order books for Vans (using excel)

Assisting renown milliner Piers Atkinson, was a privilege and extremely exciting, and also very fast passed. My time with Piers, although working as an assistant enabled me to be creative, with helping to make hats for an impress client list, such as Kate Middleton, Rihanna, Anna Dello Russo and many more.
I joined the team at Size? Covent Garden (there 4th busiest store in the UK) Due to the limited stock and heavy demands, queues for product are a regular occurrence which taught me to handle myself under high-pressure launches and still commit to providing excellent customer service amidst somewhat chaotic times. My duties included excellent customer service, till management, and visual merchandising. Knowledge of brands and trends were also essential and boded well with me as I have an avid interest in fashion.
Assisting Alun Davies in set design, and creative direction taught me a lot about how the fashion industry worked, and also taught me productive tool skills. We built sets and obtained props for clients such as Uniqlo, Vogue, i-D magazine and many more.
