Sourcing new clients for models and retaining current clients
Updating the model books regularly with new images and editorial, and reassessing images on the website when new material comes in.
Liaising with international agencies in order to bring in new talent and represent new talent in the UK Market
Scouting new models internationally with the view to represent them as mother agency
Placing models with international agencies and remotely managing their career with all market consultation
Assisting the in-house production team on agency events
Running social media platforms in house at the agency and models
