I am a character based illustrator, sculptural artist and animator. My interests revolve around character and humour, things such as ugly deep sea creatures is one of the biggest interests that plays into my illustrations and sculptural work. The themes that I typically go back to are grotesque human/animal hybrids, I can create a sense of the uncanny this way and distort my illustrations in such a way that they become unrecognisable as one thing and become an entirely new creature creating a humorous and disturbing character with a contradictory colour palette that adds a playfulness to my illustrations.
