I oversee the day to day management of the agency, including resources and finances alongside client services across the board. As lead project and product manager for all deliverables I’m responsible for considerations around Information Architecture, UX, business, technical and user requirements. I’ve introduced process to the business and support with new business proposals, planning and roadmap development. The agency specialises in Digital Change, working on projects from full platform builds to comms campaigns for charities and social enterprises.
