Responsibilities included collating and distributing legal documentation and travel documentation. Liaising with agents and direct clients in order to generate sales and maintain professional relationships. To write, organise and distribute press releases to relevant publications within strict time deadlines. Co-ordination of events such as weddings overseas ensuring that each party involved has the correct documentation, employing time efficiency and project management skills to ensure each event is completed to the highest standard.
Shop floor responsibilities included handling stock rotation, replenishing stock. I also worked as a checkout assistant and my role included handling and exchanging money, serving customers and ensuring their customer service experience was of the highest standard. When working on the customer service desk responsibilities comprised of using online systems to generate orders and deal with feedback, also included communicating with customers and staff of a higher level. I am trained in dealing with online customer orders; click and collects and food deliveries.
Drama graduate, achieved a first class honours degree. Creative degree allowed me to augment team working and time efficiency skills in order to create and produce a project from start to finish, whilst recognising key milestones and deadlines along the way.
