      • G.A. Client Project Timeline - 2.5 Weeks Group Project As an additional project, General Assembly gave us the opportunity to work with another real client, Mastercard. Our main focus was to create a seamless journey for their white label multi currency app called Cash Passport, for people to sign up and also help existing users to register the card and set-up their account. So that no matter whatever stage of the journey they are on, each individual user gets directed to the right path and starts their journey. We managed interviews, card sorting, a design studio with the Mastercard team and affinity mapping. Then we synthesised the insights and created and tested a prototype from low to high fidelity.

      • G.A. Client Project Timeline - 2.5 Weeks Group Project For our final project at General Assembly, we had the opportunity to work with a real client to assist them in solving one of their challenges. Our aim was to assist and guide users on the new, user-friendly web app by building trust and embracing an improved theatre-going experience. There was an additional stretch goal included, which focussed on improving the marketing site. We conducted interviews, a design studio with the crowdEngage team and affinity mapping. Then we synthesised the insights and created a prototype in different versions, from low to high fidelity. We finished the sprint by presenting our findings to the client, where we highlighted that we achieved the brief set and received great feedback.

      • In an Agile environment, applying the double diamond methodology: Discover, Define, Develop and Deliver. We started each day with a standup and worked through multiple individual/group projects that we presented at the end of each project. Understand how users interact with your product through methods like interviewing, observation, and testing. This allows you to create a product that fits your users’ needs. Creating interactive prototypes to test the designs, iterating them allowing them to create a product that actually works.
