I have been working across the film, TV and TVC landscape for six years, in-house and on set in London and LA. After a year at Working Title Films, I PA'd on Paddington, assisted the producer on the BBC's War & Peace, wrote, directed and produced a short film while working with a producer in LA, developed films and shows at Fragile Films (Ealing Studios) and assisted the director on one of C4's Electric Dreams films. I have worked on several side projects and write features, shorts, TV pilots and editorial pieces in my free time, with a strong network of filmmakers, talent and agents.Locked Pro Plan feature
I am developing a concept for a commercial I am set to direct and produce this summer - a campaign film to encourage more women to work in tech and more employers to hire women.
I researched the investment banking landscape and its murky underbelly, interviewing and recruiting everyone from bankers to sub/dom professionals.
I produced this 4-leg shoot (started in 2015) for two emerging filmmakers. The short film, set for completion and a festival run this year, is a dark fairytale drama called The Blood Bride.
I helped our American director develop the script, cast the film and liaise with HODs and shoot the film 'Human Is' (part of C4 / Amazon Prime's 'Electric Dreams' anthology series)
I assisted the executive producer and CEO of the company in developing a slate of film and TV projects, pitching projects to commissioners and producing the ITV Maigret series in Budapest from the UK.
I helped a British producer develop a slate of films, research various projects and prep and produce a social message short film about human trafficking, meeting with experts on the subject and incorporating their ideas into the script.
I helped with various tasks including script editing the 8 hour-long episodes, casting and crewing extensively, scheduling the 100+ day shoot across Eastern Europe, liaising with our European crew, selecting the VFX house from a number of options and organising sales meetings.
I helped the WT finance team over two stints, coordinating the outlay of current productions like Les Miserables and The World's End and helping with the cost forecasting of several future shoots such as The Theory of Everything, Everest and Legend. I also kept a handle on the company's overhead and development costs and, in my free time, I assisted the development department, providing coverage on several scripts such as Bridget Jones's Baby and The Snowman.
