  'Pasoori' - Coke Studio Season 14Inspired by Mucha/Art nouveau posters, I combined the Western elements with Asian elements to create a piece about the metaphorical death and rebirth that occurs through suffering. The concept that one can learn to dance through the pain because fire not only destroys, it also creates and cleanses. Much like fire, dance is also a form of creation like the deep red of the jacket and both allow transmutation.   Environment DesignFollowing an online course, I improved on my environment design abilities by learning the basics of perspective and how to reflect character through surroundings. This was how I worked on it step-by-step.

  'Waiting For You'Two digital paintings inspired by Richard S Johnson's 'Aurora' and Dan Gerhartz who are both traditional oil painters. I used them to learn about colour in painting and natural lighting as well as composition. They share the concept of waiting for the return of a lover.

  One Page ComicsShort comics that work with one or two sentences but mainly helped me to focus on transitions and visuals. They aim to express the depth in ordinary moments and relationships to reveal that the simplicity of human existence is much more than passive existence, there is a complexity always present in the melancholic, tragic and wonderful.
