About me

I hold a BSc in Music Technology and Production, having recently completed the ‘Honours’ year, part-time, with the University of East London. During my final year, I have constructed a two-level platform style game from scratch as part of the ‘interactive audio’ module. In order to build the game, I have spent many hours learning how to code, developing assets and building interactive audio elements. This has all been supported by plenty of reading and watching online tutorials based around the C# programming language. As well as developing a 2D platform style game, In my spare time I've also constructed a 3D third person shooter scene and a simple ‘Candy Crush’ mobile android game. I built these by using Unity3D, the C# and JavaScript programming languages, and asset development tools such as Blender, Maya and Photoshop. I also have experience with audio software and middleware such as Logic, ProTools, Reason and Wwise. My experience as a composer and musician has enabled me to develop a wide range of original audio elements including melodies and foley sounds uniquely composed for each game. Through the creation of these projects I’ve gained an increased familiarity concerning the inner workings of level design, audio design, asset development, debugging and the build processes.
