BRAND CONTENT MANAGER
Campaign conception & production
• Devised a content strategy that will develop seasonally over a six-month period
• Research and develop initial visual concepts based on the content strategy for brand campaigns
• Sourcing production talent and co-ordinating and managing both photo and video shoots to final edit.
Web content & Brand Guardian
• Developed the brand tone of voice through both SEO and conversational copy for the two Radley + Co ecom websites
• Provide copy and dedicated digital campaign content for a range of major wholesale partners including John Lewis. House of Fraser and Next
• Create ongoing brand-centred content for the ‘Explore Radley’ area of the radley.co.uk website.
Internal Communications
• Create internal comms presentations to keep staff aware of both brand and business marketing activity so they can engage their own social circle through social media.
Social Media
• Responsible for the management of Pinterest & Youtube channels
• Regularly contribute creative content for Facebook, Instagram and Twitter
• Since July 2013, under my management the Pinterest social media channel has seen a follower increase from 402 to 2514 followers (a 525% uplift). This resulted in a 102% increase in direct revenue from the Pinterest content channel between FY13/14
