The brief given was to analyze the way the operational teams at APOC communicate, and via which channels. Following a pitch by shortlisted groups to the senior Heathrow team, my group was chosen to continue our work with Airport Operations. We came back to the airport to conduct a deep dive session with the various internal teams and then delivered a report on the recommendations. Outcome: Airport Operations is planning to use the recommendations throughout 2016.
