Last Summer I worked as front of house staff for the Arts Picturehouse Cinema in Cambridge. Whilst working here I was trained on the bar and the tills. Picturehouse was a fantastic opportunity which taught me the importance of customer satisfaction, problem solving, professional communication and approachability. I had to think on my feet and adapt to the ever changing environments which could quickly become busy and fast paced.

Cornwall Staff Agency required me to adapt quickly to different work environments, as the jobs would fluctuate between establishments. This meant that I needed to be able to learn fast and communicate confidently with my colleagues, asking for help if I needed it.
