I am in charge of the marketing efforts of one of Young’s pubs in West London. This is a part time role I carried out while studying a MA, which has two main objectives: To increase engagement on social media and to improve the perception of the audience and their attendance levels. I have also started a communication line to keep the entire team (managers, kitchen and front of house) updated and motivated to achieve goals. Main tasks: Marketing ideas generation / social media management / PR tasks such as planning events, managing reviews and dealing with influencers.
