Student at UCL studying a wide range of subjects on the Bachelor of Arts and Sciences degree program.
I worked mainly at the till (handling cash and card payments) and Beverages & Desserts (handling food and drink). I also pack orders together at the Collection Point so they are ready to be taken by the customer. It is a very fast-paced environment at the McDonald's where I worked, in Archway, London.
I wrote posts for Heritage Open Days' social media to promote various free events coming up in September during their annual festival. Most of the events involve Grade I-II listed buildings and places of historic interest, and I research the stories behind them, thus learning a lot about England's heritage along the way. I have particularly learned a lot about Women's History, the area around which the event is themed this year. Finally, I live Tweeted the HODs launch event and have been able to develop some Photoshop skills.
