I oversaw the 8 social media platforms spread across both Rodial Group brands: Rodial and Nip+Fab. My key accountabilities and responsibilities included the following: Owning day-to-day community management, creating and delivering content across Instagram, Twitter and Facebook. Using scheduling services to maintain a regular posting pattern, adapting to the needs of the business. Copywriting and adapting tone of voice apt to each brand. Content creation, working with both external and in-house design teams as well as independently. Remaining reactive to news and trends apt for each brand with the result of increased engagement and/or social sales. Assisting the Social Media & Influencer Manager in implementing new social media strategies with the aim of increasing engagement. Joining the Social Media & Influencer Manager in group content meetings to ensure content on social is aligned with needs across all departments within the business. Driving engagement across both brands by working on KPIs set by the Social Media & Influencer Manager. Assistance in managing solid and ongoing influencer strategies across both brands. Assistance in managing relationships with impactful and relevant bloggers and influencers (both macro and micro) for events, Instagram takeovers and more. Creative input for new product launches and social media-led campaigns for both brands. Monitoring and managing responses on all social media platforms to aid the customer services and web department. Assistance with event planning and leading the social media coverage of events. Monthly reporting of social analytics for senior team members. Weekly competitor analysis of competing brands on social media for senior team members. Collaborating with brands of similar target market to increase engagement and bring traction to social feeds. Liaising with retail and wider marketing teams to cover retail activity and marketing events on both brands’ feeds.
