Duties: • Delivering high level of customer service while representing company's values at all times • Assisting customers and partners in order to resolve immediate issues and complaints • Directing incoming calls to relevant departments • Following up on inquiries to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction • Solving customers complaints of various nature, liaising between customers and partners • Assisting customers and partners with inquiries about the services offered by the company • Communicating between partners and customers over phone and email • Achieving targets set by management and company's guidelines • Working with internal reservation systems and following procedures
Front desk, greeting customers, check in; check out; Taking reservations over the phone, email, work with booking systems such as Eviivo, Reconline, Siteminder, Rezlynx; Customer service - taking calls and answering emails for the hotel, restaurant and bar; Retail – selling Mexican and Peruvian art and souvenirs from the reception's shop, packing and labelling purchases, hanging artwork in the hotel.
