About me
Ingunn Lára Kristjánsdóttir is a writer, librettist and director. Her previous work includes #echochamber, a twitter opera that premiered at Tjarnarbíó in May and toured the UK in August 2018, ending at Tete-a-tete opera festival. She is a member of the writers' association of Iceland and a 2018 recipient of the Martha's Vineyard Creative Writing Institute fellowship. Ingunn has a bachelors degree in American Theatre Arts from Rose Bruford College of Theatre and Performance and is finishing her master studies in creative writing at the University of Iceland. Her work has been described as "Brilliantly effective... and beautifully written." (Canal Street News)" and "...stunningly poetic"(Matthew Cleverly reviews).
