    As a member of the Strategy and Delivery Engagement team, I liaised with public sector agencies to communicate the roadmap and benefits of the ServiceWA (Digital) program. In my work experience at Digital Government, I worked on the GovNext- ICT initiative, G2G Pass, Service WA (link) and assisted the team with documenting business processes, risk and issue management and user experience design solution for the app. ServiceWA is the digital identity application for Western Australia. Additionally, the app offers the following two services) - G2G - users can link G2G accounts, apply for passes and present their passes on arrival; - SafeWA - users can scan SafeWA QR codes; Moving forward the app is a whole government initiative to allow members of the public to access a wide range of government services. Main responsibilities are: - Issue identification, problem analysis and solution recommendations; - Development of whole-of-government standards, guidance materials and content management processes; - Development of user journeys for website navigation systems, online processes and search; - System testing and UAT facilitation; - Oversaw visual display plans and managed teams creating those plans.
