Part of the Digital team and reporting to the Head of Delivery, the projects I’ve worked on included multiple online aspects: newsletters, campaigns, activations, web builds and social media competitions (eg. DHL x Vetements).
As Project Manager, my role is to manage the delivery of large, complex accounts, supporting the day-to-day activities and strategic delivery of projects. Projects involve clients such as Jaguar Land Rover, FC Barcelona, Akbank and Barclays.
Managing the developing and design teams, I maintain a close relationship with both clients and people within our team, both in-house and offshore. We provide digital interactives for our clients, who want to engage the public more and more, by providing them with digital assets (apps, short games, etc). I organise daily/weekly stand-ups with the teams and work with tight deadlines, ensuring we are always on track and able to live up to deliver great results. Projects involve clients such as the Royal Air Force Museum (London) and SAASCC (a Natural History Museum in Kuwait).
Started by handling a portfolio of companies from USA and Canada and switched to Latin America, Mexico. My main responsibility was to get in touch with representatives from those companies and ensure they are satisfied with Oracle and benefit from their agreements. Once with the new territory of Latin America, I had the chance to train and lead a small team. I tried to have an Agile approach and work in sprints in order to ensure the achievement of the key performance indicators set by higher management. Worked on the Sprint project, a mobile network company from USA. My main responsibility was to handle a portfolio of clients and assist them with any inquires they had on products and services. After promoting to Senior Account Manager, I had the chance to train other agents and give assignments.
As a studio manager I had to maintain the relationship between the designer and other employees, interns and collaborators and keep everyone on schedule. I also helped organize events both in the showroom and also at fashion shows and at photo shootings. The on site responsibilities included mostly office duties such as checking and responding to emails, running errands and setting meetings, but also creating promotional materials such as newsletters and press releases.
I was part of a team of interns, in charge with greeting visitors at exhibitions, offer information about artists, guide foreign artists around the city, organize paintings directory of files.
