  • Reporting to both Creative Director and International Sales Director. Managing a Marketing Executive and Marketing Assistants including performance reviews. Direct co-operation with Design and Production team. Responsible for Digital Marketing operations, targeted specific consumer and buyer audience (potential and existing), edited, delivered and supervised a minimum of 6 email campaigns and at least 2 press releases per month. Online sales increased. Responsibilities included email performance analysis reporting and profiling of consumers’ behavior. In charge of data cleansing, creation of new consumer datasets and customer databases maintenance for CRM purposes. Managed E-commerce operations, website maintenance and online store management. Worked on online sales strategic plans based on consumer behavior and trends. Analyzed and maintained excellent online and store customer interactions through multiple channels (direct email, telephone, face-to-face chat and marketing materials) keeping CRM to highest levels. Led accounting operations. Order confirmations & invoices creation and delivery, payments progress tracking, expenses book maintenance. In charge of Inventory Management process. Managed 10 key accounts and led clients’ digital operations: minimum of 3 email campaigns and 1 press release per client on a monthly basis. Responsibilities included performance & post campaign analysis reporting and respondents’ profiling. In charge of data cleansing, creation of new customer datasets and databases maintenance for CRM purposes. Initiated and implemented Calico’s Social Media strategy (Facebook and Pinterest). Managed and strengthened strategy for 15 key clients’ Social Media platforms (Facebook and Twitter) Planned and prioritised the day-to-day operations for Calico Ventures: Managed, allocated and supervised daily tasks of 4 Calico consultants. Supported business development, sales staff and other executives in order to maintain and develop existing/new customers through appropriate propositions, ethical sales methods and relevant internal liaison, to optimize quality of service, business growth, and customer satisfaction. Assisted with the on boarding and training new staff and consultants.
