As Junior Photography Agent, I am working alongside the director:
Making appointments and attending meetings with Fashion Houses, Advertising Agencies and Magazines in order to promote our Photographers;
Client researching and client database management;
Updating Photographers’ portfolios on “Portfolio App”;
Liasing and connecting with Photographers to keep them informed about meetings, new projects…;
Using Photoshop to create newsletter and presentations.
As Junior Producer:
Ensuring shoots run smoothly and on time, producing to Art Director and managing any issues during production;
Supervising the photo shoots:
Managing catering, communicating priorities, info, timing from the agency to each shoot and viceversa;
Building working relationships with key contacts for each client.
