Irene Fiestas Contreras (1984) was born in Madrid, she had her first exhibition in Conde Duque neighbourhood. Irene fell in love with the creative process very young.
She attended drawing and printmaking in Florence( Italy) In Italy she became deeply affected by art. She has decided in this period to continue to study in Italy .
She studied Fine Art in Bologna ( Italy) In this period she only began taking pictures to bring texture into her art work. But she realized that photography was her true passion in a relatively short amount of time.
She cultivates the painting, poetry and the philosophy with particular interest in her work.
She then came to Berlin to further develop her skills. Irene Fiestas still lives and works in Spain and continues to develop her very own typical style
