I started as a graphic designer, then I learned desktop publishing. After that I started to play with ideas and video editing. Now I manage a team of creatives and they named me a Creative Director. I like to write and also to think about the future. They call it strategy. So? Me? 25% art director, 25% graphic designer, 25% video editor, 25% writer. There is no specific name for what I do. I just like to learn new things all the time. Doing "the best I can" is part of my belief. Things don't make sense if I'm not giving my best with all my heart. I conceive and implement concepts, guidelines and strategies in various creative projects and oversee them to completion. Collaborate with account executives to obtain knowledge of the clients’ requirements. Attend client meetings and lead brainstormings to generate ideas. Revise content and presentations, approve/reject ideas, provide feedback. I direct, motivate and train team members so they can reach their true potential. I also monitor results of team efforts and propose actions for the future.
With passion I collaborate with my copywriter to generate ideas and concepts. We work from concept to final execution, always keeping in mind client objectives. I also manage and delegate responsibilities to designers and provide directions when need it. I present completed ideas to clients and team members. Media XPRIMM is a press, public relations and events group. I created artwork for events, web and print and I'm proud I had the opportunity to create designs for local and international clients.
I proudly created in-store campaigns, product launch and specific market events for Moulinex, Tefal, Rowenta and Krups accounts.
