Newly-graduated from Grenoble Ecole de Management and Tongji University, I joined the Financial Product Sales and Analytics Programme at Bloomberg LP in January 2016. Over the past five years, I studied and lived on three continents: Europe, North America and Asia and I speak four languages. My work experience includes various internships in different companies from start-ups to multinationals (Ubisoft), in France and abroad (New York). My enthusiasm lies in seeing projects from inception to completion, bringing all aspects of an organization together to deliver the best results. • Live Customer support (Helpdesk) for English and French-speaking Terminal users: delivers the best and fastest answer possible; expertise in FI, Portfolio Risk & Analytics tools (resolved +2,730 questions in 2016) • Sales teams support on a daily basis: organises and conducts remote trainings for clients (avg 5 p/w), identifies new business leads (sold 1 Terminal), promotes Sales events through campaign calls • Participates in the recruitment process: shares experience and promotes the department during Q&A sessions with University students visiting the office, runs “shadowing sessions” with candidates before their interviews
• Responsible for preparing the monthly cost reports of the studio developing the multiplayer version of Assassin’s Creed™: monitored each step of the monthly closing process and reviewed financial statements • Participated in the budget process for the studio and the projects, supported Financial Analysts in the quarterly reforecasts of these budgets, facilitated and provided information to accounting for invoices • Conducted ad-hoc analysis focused on the General Expenses and Activity Costs of the studio: reviewed actual costs against budgets and prepared revisions highlighting areas of overspend to management
