About me
I'm an entrepreneur, public speaker & podcast host with over 15 years of experience leading organizations, events, projects, and communities in arts, culture & entertainment, passionate about bringing diverse talent into the creative industry - from artists to arts managers. 💡 During the pandemic, I founded I LIKE NETWORKING, an award-winning career platform for women and non-binary people in the creative industries to foster a more diverse workforce. Through ILN I develop bespoke mentoring and career development programmes, run networking initiatives, and speak in podcasts and events on topics ranging from entrepreneurship, freelancing, networking, and mentoring. 🏆 In 2021, I was listed as one of the top 21 most influential women by Startups Magazine and won the D&AD awards. In one year, I LIKE NETWORKING has supported and upskilled over 3000 people and amassed a community of over 24k people, featured on vehicles such as Evening Standard, Stylist, and The New York Times. 🔉 Recent public speaking appearances include The New York Times, The British Museum, Victoria & Albert Museum, General Assembly, Creative Entrepreneurs, The Collective, Allbright and others. 📨 Get in touch for: * Brand Collaborations * Bespoke Mentoring & Career Development Programmes * Job Ads & Recruitment Services * Community Building * Public Speaking
