About me

I’m a London-based marketer and designer who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. I am genuinely passionate about what I do and I believe in taking a proactive approach and coming up with new ideas to drive growth. As part of the ICO marketing team at mad4, I am responsible for developing and executing social media marketing campaigns, developing brand guidelines and digital assets and building communities on relevant platforms. In my previous role, I have single-handedly introduced social media automation in our marketing strategy, which helped us scale our social media campaigns and brought in great ROI. I have also managed very large budgets on paid social and spent over £1 million on Facebook advertising. Teamwork is a big part of my role and I am dedicated to helping my team grow. My marketing and design skills have allowed me to mentor junior designers in my team, and support marketing interns with setting KPIs and achieving business objectives. My skills include social media marketing and advertising, campaign management, project management, market strategy, community growth hacking, marketing automation, email marketing and automation, branding, graphic design, web development and copywriting.
