My role includes creating content for the website, uploading magazine content to the website using Wordpress and CMS, constantly working to update and improve the website, ensuring that it’s relevant to our magazine readers as well as online viewers and managing the Delicious Twitter account. I am part of monthly brainstorming sessions to discuss future content for the magazine, website and social. My other duties include careful recipe testing in the Delicious kitchen, creating the weekly newsletter using MailChimp and writing topical short stories for the opening pages of Healthy Food Guide.
As Brand Manager of Oushka my duties included overseeing the design process, managing the production of bags from the initial sketches through to receiving the finished products, sending out online orders, building relationships with bloggers and PR, as well as looking after social media and customer services. I was also the Account Manager on two other Leatherlove accounts; Fenwick and TK Maxx. It was essential for me to be efficient, highly organised, thorough and personable. One of my daily responsibilities was to liaise with our factories in India and China, which taught me the importance of clear and effective communication.
