• Hands on oversight of social digital content
• Attendance at some of the artists promotional activities, tour dates and events.
• Create reactive content that optimises key moments and creates conversations in the social world.
• Contribute to developing and implementing a streaming strategy across socials for the artists new music and their catalog.
• Set and achieve campaign-specific objectives and KPIs.
• Co-ordinate and oversee regularly updated social media plans and prepare reports to inform key stakeholders.
• Work closely with clients, the music team, the brand team and other YM&U divisions in addition to external stakeholders and key partners such as Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Spotify, Vevo and YouTube.
• Deliver against key KPI’s including traffic and engagement targets agreed with Artist management and music team.
• Amplify all elements of activity – marketing, promo – across client channels.
• Liaise with our US management division and assist with flow information in their global digital sales team.
• Contribute actively to brainstorms and ideation sessions.
• Use native platform analytics and a range of other platforms/tools to analyse audience-related and performance data, creating meaningful reports.
• Work closely with content team on creative, editorial and sourcing requirements
• Oversee, overall content featuring the artist across all promo, music video, online content and branded assets.

- Responsible for basic studio production and lighting for variety of footage, including interviews and live social coverage on location.

animation, static images, website assets and app development.
