With 15+ years agency experience, I'm a marketing and communication specialist, with an analog background, a digital daily working schedule, a long lasting solid experience in brand strategy, built in the agency where I’m employed and work as Client Services Director. Responsible for all TTL communication activities arising from the business I manage (both acquired and new) in terms of strategy, creation, implementation, effectiveness (KPI fixing and achievement and P&L). Directly involved in the general management of the agency, focusing on retaining and developing budgets, with hands on approach and high level of attention to operational execution. Aptitude and comfort with change management characterize me, together with the capability to coach and guide cross-discipline teams. I have a strong problem solving attitude and focus on results.   • I'm responsible for different accounts in terms of projects, effectiveness, P&L and manage the senior relationship with clients, retaining and developing business. I’m also directly responsible for introducing new business initiatives and revenues to the agency. I deliver in particular on the following matters: - Creativity: I foster the quality of our fully integrated Through The Line solutions: from atl, to digital overall (social media included), btl and events. - Strategic thinking: I understand and drive the strategic vision of both brands and agency, leveraging on a grounded analog culture mixed with a digital vision. - Project Management: I define and drive the activities of the team; I ensure effective and timely delivery of the product whilst balancing conflicting priorities and managing resources through the line, implementing integrated communication platforms working around big ideas people can interact with. - Company organization: I analyze areas of need and evaluate current resources and capabilities. I develop, implement, and monitor procedures appropriate to the day-to-day operation. I’m able to plan and shape for the future and share a clear vision of where the businesses/agency are going; have a clear understanding of the agency’s role in the broader scheme of any international business and ensure appropriate delivery. - People: I’m a pro-active team player who motivates and supports colleagues.   • I started in Lowe as junior account executive and during my ten-year-old experience I have punctually followed a career path 'til account director, working on my own knowledge and personal skills From Account Executive to Account Supervisor 2000-2005 Key achievements: Launching the web search engine “Infinito” by British Telecom in Italy. Building and managing the new communication platform of Coop, the Italian supermarkets leader, from TV to in store. Supervising the team working across different Coop’s channels. Managing the communication activities of all Unilever brands for both adaptations and development for the EMEA market.. From Account Supervisor to Account Director 2006-2011 Key achievements: Relaunching the category killer chain Unieuro after the acquisition by DSG Group and managing all communication activities to support the yearly promotional calendar. Winning and developing the relaunch of Kinder Delice, a Ferrero product brand. Acting as brand guardian, developing the strategy and implementing all communication activities of Levissima-Nestlé Waters, thus supporting the brand being the market leader. Enlarging the Nestlé Waters portfolio, winning and managing the communication activities of local waters brands and Bibite Sanpellegrino. I’m currently the primary driving force of the relationship between the clients I’m in charge of and the agency. Responsible for different accounts in terms of strategy, projects, effectiveness, P&L, focused on actively retaining and developing budgets. Directly involved in the company general management, dedicated to procedures development and monitoring for the day-to-day operation. With a clear understanding of the agency’s role in the market, I constantly take part in new business activities.
