Experienced writer for corporate copy, scientific papers and creative media. My strengths centre around collaboration, out-of-the-box thinking, eagerness to learn and research.
Working for a successful and growing corporate company as a conference producer, I developed and strengthened my copywriting skills and lateral, innovative thinking. Events are a fast-paced industry and working in this role, I learned how to keep a level head, keep up with momentum and work successfully in teams.
The event centered around extensive desk and telephone research carried out by myself, which fed into briefs that I wrote and gave to the team, as well as into the agenda I wrote that would be used as a key selling point for the conference.
Expanding my skills into film, I have been involved both with pre-production as a production assistant and production as a behind-the-scenes photographer.
I honed my ability to organise, prioritise, multitask and be a team player while working as a production assistant during pre-production and on set.
On set as a photographer, my creativity was sparked and challenged as I looked for the best way to capture the essence of the film and provide useful, visually-appealing images.
Overall, I am able to write, research, work collaboratively, innovate and self motivate to a high level. I am eager to immerse myself in a new project or role, pushing forward on the momentum I have gained so far in my career.
