?In my position as Front of house manager at Bar Azita it was my responsibility to ensure the restaurant operated efficiently while maintaining its reputation and ethos. I learned to combine strategic planning, shift pattern organisation and day to day management activities in a fast-paced, highly demanding and rewarding environment. I have the ability to work well as part of a team and get involved. I enjoyed contributing towards a motivated and happy staff team. This was very important in the restaurant where the customer experience depends on excellent service standards and great communication between the staff. I have good communication and customer service skills. Working as a waitress and as a beauty therapist has taught me how to relate to clients, listen to what they want, deal with complaints and try to meet their expectations. Both as restaurant manager and beauty therapist I have learnt the importance of being organised in order to work quickly and efficiently with a busy client list or full restaurant. I am focused on my work and work calmly when under pressure always trying hard to maintain high standards of professionalism and presentation in whatever job I do.
