Design and production are my passions. I have degree in graphic design as well as experience but also have worked within productions for three years. This internship is a perfect combination of both my talents and interests. Being creative and hardworking are attributes I pride myself on as well as being extremely resourceful, organised and being able to handle multiple jobs.
As a receptionist I was in charge managing the central phone line system, organsing couriers and taxis, going on various runs around London, greeting guests and ensuring the office was well kept and stocked with stationary and food. I was responsible for casting sessions which entailed logging every actor, making sure they were photographed, organising their forms and that they were filled out properly then also helping with the selects for productions by creating boards and contacting the agents in order to have them penciled for shoots. Research is a large part of my job whether it was image research for treatments, finding hotels or seeking various and sometimes obscure items for shoots. Prepping for shoots was imperitive by packing shoot bags, topping up wifi dongles and making sure they had enough supplies. On a monthly basis I did courier and taxi breakdowns as well as casting room breakdowns then on a weekly basis would be in charge of float turnarounds.
