Gallery Executive
Click to edit position description- Managing all aspects of the gallery including welcoming visitors, updating inventories, completing art fair applications, liaising with logistic companies regarding the shipment of artworks and updating the Directors with day to day developments
- Representing the Gallery at Art Fairs, both in London and abroad
- Responsible for updating and developing the client database, writing newsletters and all press releases
- Event management including organising caterers, waiters, security and gift bags
- Managing all social media sites, as well as keeping the website up to date
- Designing all promotional material for exhibitions on inDesign, including catalogues, advertisements and invitations
