I’m a creative person who makes a lot of things with lots of people
I'm the Chief Creative Officer of what3words, a company helping everyone talk about everywhere. We’ve built a remarkable in-house team who are setting the standard for creative problem solving and making meaningful work.
I’m also the co-founder of Truth & Spectacle, a creative business consultancy.
Previously I’ve been a Worldwide Creative Director for Ogilvy London and adam&eveDDB. (Not as the same time.) Working on Dove, Dove Men, Unilever and Philips, building and leading multi-disciplined and multi-agency creative teams.
I've collected awards from most of the international shows, including Grand Prizes, Grand Prix and Golds for Integrated Campaign, Effectiveness, Cyber, Digital Design, Print, Social, Film, Product and Strategy.
My work has also been included as case studies in TED Talks, marketing textbooks, business books, and parody videos.
I also draw a decent birthday card.

- Celebrating 50 LanguagesIn 2013, our co-founders had the crazy idea to split the world into 3 metre squares and assign each one a unique combination of 3 English words. We called it a what3words address. This project celebrates reaching 50 languages. It means that five billion people can use what3words in their native tongue, and the system is well on its way to becoming a global standard.
