I am a 21 y.o. economics student based in Serbia, Belgrade. Ever since I got my PC I've been into digital art, in some way, that is how my career as a designer started. About 10 years ago I created a DeviantArt profile on which I submitted my artwork. Playing in Adobe Photoshop was my favorite hobby (and it still is). After DA, I've been a member and even a moderator on many GFX forums (regional, and worldwide). Not many years went by when I realized I could make some money out of it. Shortly after, Facebook was created and it's popularity kept rapidly growing. I realized it would be a great platform to share your thoughts but also your work. That's when I started reading and researching about marketing itself. Parallel to that, I fell in love with psychology (business psych to be exact). For years, I've been freelancing as a designer and marketer, but also doing pro bono work for numerous friends. Recently, I started blogging on the subject of psychology. I am a member of two non-profit organizations, in which I have the opportunity to hone my marketing and sales skills and actually feel the improvement.
I am a student of Economic Analysis and Policy. My opinion on economics theory is that it provides the opportunity to better understand and apply knowledge, regardless of industry. I hardly see myself being an Analyst but I believe that this course will provide me solid foundation for whatever I choose to do next.
