Work history
Junior Designer / Design InternWarnerMedia
London, United KingdomFull Time
Progression and Successes: I have progressed from an Intern to a Junior Designer, helping scale image delivery from hundreds to thousands of assets for our brands each month; an area that I now help to supervise. Progressing to a Junior Designer has allowed me to expand the types of design work I deliver from day-to-day. This involves being extremely organized and being able to manage time effectively, which are some of my strengths.
Supporting the Design Team: I act under the instruction of the Design Manager and Senior Designer and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. I deliver different formats of graphics such as on-air promotional graphics, channel continuity, digital/marketing requests and artworking/delivering SVOD images.
Liaising with Producers, Production team, Digital team and Nordic team: I regularly listen to their requirements, act on them, and proactively contribute design solutions that offer effective content in appropriate formats for the end-user. For example in video, images or text.
Off-Channel Marketing and Digital Requests: I create off-channel design work as required, this includes creating digital and print elements along with responding to additional marketing image requests for our various platforms and clients.
Systems and Style Guides: I have become fully independent when using delivery systems, understanding output requirements and aesthetic guidelines requirements for all channels, brands and audiences through observation and research ensuring consistency.
