I am a leader in digital customer engagement and personal shopping, focused on building 1:1 customer relationships to drive revenue and loyalty. I built a private client department from scratch at Farfetch China and consulted Selfridges on their digital personal shopping strategy.
My recent role is Head of Sales at Avant Arte, a digital platform producing and selling limited art editions by the world’s finest contemporary artists. I worked closely with the co-founder to build the sales department.
